CEO services to Dynamic Spectrum Alliance

Atlantic TM provided Founding Executive Director/CEO of Dynamic Spectrum Alliance - a global, cross-industry alliance focused on increasing dynamic access to unused radio frequencies.

Worked with the DSA Board to define the organisation's strategy, products, policies, processes, systems and their implementation.

Led the organisation during the nascent period with a key achievement being that the DSA is now perceived as the Global Spectrum policy advocacy organisation in 12 months.

Achieved high visibility and high profile positioning of DSA amongst TMT stakeholders and regulators globally. DSA is now positively invited across the globe as a leading authority in TMT.
